Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will recover at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We have initiated outbreak testing and have received no additional positive results. We will continue outbreak testing every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation remains open, following the usual protocols.
