Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and a staff member have tested positive for COVID-19. The staff member will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

The positive patient has been placed on transmission-based precautions. Outbreak testing has been initiated and will take place every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result.
