Dear Patients and Families:

We will be hosting a Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at 12:00 pm.  The cost of the meal will be $5.00 for each family member or guest. Payment may be made in the business office by credit card or check only.

Due to limited seating, we ask that you contact the Activities Department or the front desk by Monday, November 22, if you plan to attend.
