Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing today to share that Dinwiddie Health & Rehab Center will be offering flu and pneumonia vaccinations to patients on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. We will also be offering patients COVID-19 booster vaccination on Wednesday, February 23. We ask that you reach out to the Center if you wish to have your loved one receive any of these vaccinations, or if you have questions regarding these vaccinations.
