Dear Patients and Families:

I hope you had an enjoyable weekend.  I am writing with a cumulative update on the COVID status of the center.

We are pleased to report the results of the second round of center-wide point prevalence testing performed last week on Friday, July 10.  All tests were returned negative.  Specifically, 34 patients and 51 staff members tested negative for COVID-19. This is good news as we continue our efforts toward the phased reopening of the Center in accordance with the Virginia Department of Health guidelines.

Cumulatively, the center has had 10 total positive patients, 7 total positive employees, and 2 total deaths of patients with a positive COVID test result.

We thank you for your continued support of the center, its patients and staff and we hope that the most recent testing results provide reassurance to you that we are moving in the right direction.  We continue to follow all CDC guidelines for infection control and mitigation of the spread of COVID-19.
