COVID-19 Update
**October 12th, 2021**

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. I am pleased to report that the Center’s most recent COVID-19 outbreak has ended.

CDC County Community Transmission Level and Percent Positivity: High – decreased to 15.2%
Testing: Patients may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak. Staff are tested twice per week due to the community transmission level.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Virtual and scheduled indoor and outdoor visitation are currently available. To schedule a visit, please contact the Activity Director by calling 804-518-0780.
